I purchase Prevail products for my elderly mother who is confined to a personal care home. The staff there are very pleased with both the briefs which they use on her at night and the pull-up underwear which she wears during the day. They are very absorbent and because they are cloth-like they are much more comfortable to the wearer than other incontinence products (we've tried many). I would also recommend purchasing the Prevail wipes. Amazon's prices are excellent for all of the the Prevail line and you save even more when using the automatic ship feature - it's a great convenience having them shipped right to my home on a regular basis.

At first we didn't like these for my mother who's had a long recovery from surgery. The size seemed too big. But turns out these are loose fitting, allowing her skin to breathe. And they still provide all the needed leakage protection. Good product, great price, free shipping.
