I am in agreement with the majority of reviews for this product, it works. It tastes great as well. I finally found a good way to strain the tea after brewing and steeping. I used a gold permanent coffee filter and it works great.

I have finished my first box. Though I never really expected any results--I am not into alternative medicine-- I have been very surprised. For years I have had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. 3 a.m. usually. Sometimes I have had to get up more than once, and only very rarely could I sleep through the night undisturbed. I started on the tea two weeks ago. In the last 14 nights, I have only had to get up once. It has to be the tea: nothing else accounts for it. Am I 25 again? Hardly. But there has certainly been a big improvement, with no noticeable side effects. I suspect that my urologist will scoff, but I am sticking with a winner.

The tea that I received felt like well cured straw. When you squeeze the bag it crunches. I am going back to my original supplier.
