I bought this item because I am getting older and things are losing muscle tone. Not sure how well this is working for me but the concept is good and makes sense. Mine didn't come in pretty colors - it was chocolate and ivory. Not exactly the colors I was hoping for....However, I will not give up on it. The hardest part for me is to find the time to use it.

They haven't done anything for me. You don't feel them when they r in and they are easily inserted. But I really haven't noticed any difference.
